This song acknowledges our country Australia from the Dreamtime to the present time, its multiculturalism as a place of many faces, and that we need to care for it because we all share it as our home. It is more like a hymn than a pop song, and as such I hope it gives everyone who sings and hears it an emotional response of pride in the freedoms we share and the spectacular beauty that is our home, Australia.
It is an anthem for peace, reconciliation and inclusiveness.
